Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in new condition, and their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and instructions.
  • Products not listed under our non-returnable items (see below) are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned once the packaging is opened:

  • Hygiene products
  • Toileting products
  • Braces, splints, pillows
  • Bathing products (e.g., commodes, shower chairs)
  • Gel mattress overlays, gel cushions, skin creams, lotions
  • CPAP accessories

Return Process

  2. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions along with an RMA number if applicable.
  3. Please return the product to its original condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective products).
  • Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the return process and specify the desired product. Any price difference will be adjusted.
