Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in new condition, and their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and instructions.
- Products not listed under our non-returnable items (see below) are eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned once the packaging is opened:
- Hygiene products
- Toileting products
- Braces, splints, pillows
- Bathing products (e.g., commodes, shower chairs)
- Gel mattress overlays, gel cushions, skin creams, lotions
- CPAP accessories

Return Process

- If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions along with an RMA number if applicable.
- Please return the product to its original condition.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective products).
- Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the return process and specify the desired product. Any price difference will be adjusted.
