Eligibility for Returns

Before requesting a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is returnable and not listed under the non-returnable health product list (see below).
  • The product is unused and in new condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and instructions included.

Which products are not returnable?

Call us first and we will be happy to help you make that determination. Merchandise that typically is non-returnable includes:

  • Hygiene Products – Non-returnable if packaging is opened.
  • Toileting Products – Non-returnable if packaging is opened.
  • Braces, Splints – Non-returnable if packaging is opened.
  • Pillows – Non-returnable if packaging is opened.
  • Bathing Products (includes Commodes, Raised Toilet Seats, Shower Chairs & Bath Benches) – Non-returnable if packaging is opened.
  • Gel Mattress Overlays – Non-returnable.
  • Gel Cushions – Non-returnable.
  • Skin Cream, Lotions – Non-returnable.
  • CPAP Accessories – Non-returnable if packaging is opened.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product received).

Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, follow the same return process and mention the replacement product details. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
